Who we are

This site is run by Northmind Labs FZE LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about your data go to dan@northmindlabs.com.

What we collect

When you book a demo: your name, your clinic's name and your WhatsApp number.

With that request we also store where you came from: advertising campaign tags (utm parameters), Google and Meta click identifiers, the page you landed on, your browser's user agent and the referring page.

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. When we run ads, the Google tag and the Meta Pixel may set cookies so the ad platforms can tell us which ads led to a request.

How we use it

To message you on WhatsApp to arrange your demo, follow up about Mona, and understand which of our ads and pages work.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site for us: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (email notifications), and Google and Meta for ad measurement. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it and your choices

We keep demo requests while we are in contact with you about Mona. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing dan@northmindlabs.com.
